Supradyn food supplement based on Magnesium and Potassium with vitamins B1, B12, B6 and folic acid, indicated to help reduce tiredness and fatigue and maintain the electrolyte/saline balance. Supradyn® Magnesium and Potassium does not contain sugar and has a very low salt (iodine) content.
Magnesium promotes the maintenance of electrolyte/salt and water balance and, together with Vitamin C, Vitamins B6 and B12 and folic acid, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Potassium supports regular muscle functioning and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
B group vitamins participate in normal energy metabolism together with vitamin C.
