Ingredients

magnesium l-pidolate, maltodextrin; acidity regulator: citric acid; magnesium oxide, flavorings ,; sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: acesulfame K; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).

How to use

One sachet a day to be diluted in a glass of water.
