How to use
Pour the contents of a sachet into a glass or bottle of water, fruit juice or drinks, or into semi-liquid foods, both hot and cold. Mix until the powder has completely dissolved.
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 to 3 sachets per day, depending on needs.
Children between 7 and 11 years: 1 sachet per day.
