Food supplement of PHGG fiber, soluble and non-gelling fiber derived from Guar Gum.
Liquid fiber does not cause the possible drawbacks of other fibers such as psyllium1 and bran2 (bloating, flatulence, meteorism).
The daily dose allows the intake of 5 g of fiber, a valid help in case of reduced dietary intake.
It can be taken by children over 3 years of age, pregnant women, the elderly and diabetics under medical advice.
It does not interfere, in adults, with the absorption of the main micronutrients (calcium, iron, zinc, phosphorus, sodium, chlorine, magnesium, copper, potassium).
The sachets are pre-dosed and ready to drink, with a pleasant green apple taste.
It does not contain gluten.

How to use
Take 1 sachet a day, preferably in the morning, for cycles of at least 4 weeks.
It can be taken as it is, with the addition of water, mixed with fruit juices or yogurt.
