Food supplement based on Fennel and Lemon Balm, indicated to promote digestive functions, gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of abdominal gas. The presence of Melatonin favors the reduction of the time required to fall asleep (1 mg of Melatonin should be taken just before bedtime).
Ingredients
Water, stabilizer: glycerol; fructose, Sweet fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill., fruits) dry extract * titrated at 2% in essential oil, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) dry extract * titrated at 4% in rosmarinic acid, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; thickener: dixanthan gum; melatonin. Gluten free.
* Dry extract supported on maltodextrin.

How to use
Administer 5 drops / kg / day (maximum dose 50 drops / day) preferably before or during meals. Dilute the drops in a little water or warm milk. It is advisable to divide the daily dose into two administrations.
Actenacol drops can also be used to obtain a relaxing herbal tea, dissolving 10 drops per 50 ml of water at the desired temperature.
