During the day the diet is based on the consumption of sugars and fats, for this reason the formulation in capsules contains Gynostemma and Glucomannan which favor the metabolism of sugars and fats. At night the metabolism slows down, which is why the formulation in tablets containing Capsifen and green tea is used, which stimulate the metabolism and contribute  to the balance of body weight. • Slim 60 TABLETS: bulking agent: mannitol; Greenselected® Phytosome green tea dry extract (Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, leaves, stabilizer: lecithins) decaffeinated, titrated in catechins at 19% of which Epigallocatechin gallate 13%; glazing agents: shellac, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc; Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L., flowers) dry extract titrated % in apigenin; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; Capsifen® [Chili pepper (Capsicum annuum L., fruit, dry extract), Fenugreek (Trigonella foenumgraecum L., seed, dry extract)] titrated at 2% in total capsaicinoids.
• Slim 180 CAPSULES: Glucomannan (A. konjacl; glazing agent: hydroxypropitmethylcellulose; Gynostemma (Gynostemma pentaphytlum (Thunbl Makino) herb, dry extract; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

How to use

• 3 capsules a day 10 minutes before breakfast and 3 capsules a day 10 minutes before lunch, on an empty stomach and with plenty of water.
• 2 tablets night in the evening 30 minutes before the main meal.
