Shock-absorbing heel particularly suitable in case of limited space inside the shoe. It protects the foot by absorbing shock when walking, preventing pain caused by pressure on the heel. It has a central concave area that helps distribute body weight evenly, improving comfort even for those suffering from heel spurs (heel pain). Made of silicone gel, it is washable and reusable.

How to use
Insert the heel into the shoe with the central concave part facing downwards. Remove the product for at least 4 hours a day. The product is reusable and, once used, returns to its original form. Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Rinse and leave to air dry. When the product is dry, sprinkle it with talcum powder.
