Prontosan based on Poliesanide and Propylbetaine is a cleansing skin solution indicated for the cleansing of pressure sores, diabetic foot, fistulas, pressure sores, burns, vascular lesions.
It reduces the formation of bacterial biofilm by disaggregating the mucopolysaccharide matrix synthesized by the bacterial colonies present on the wound bed.
