How to use
Phase 1: weeks 1 to 6
Use 1 or 2 sprays instead of the cigarette you would normally smoke or when you have a craving. Spray once first and if the craving does not go away after a few minutes, spray a second time. If 2 sprays are needed, 2 consecutive sprays can be used in the future.
For most smokers this means 1 or 2 sprays every 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Stage 2: Weeks 7 to 9
Start reducing the number of sprays per day.
By the end of Week 9, the average number of sprays per day used in Stage 1 should be halved.
Stage 3: Weeks 10 to 12
Continue reducing the number of sprays per day, so that by Week 12 you are using no more than 4 sprays per day. When the number of sprays has been reduced to 2-4 per day, stop using Nicorette Quick.
