Ingredients
Propylene glycol, anhydrous ethanol, trometamol, poloxamer 407, glycerol, sodium hydrogen carbonate, levomentol, mint flavor, refreshing aroma, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, hydrochloric acid (for pH adjustment), purified water.
How to use
Phase 1: weeks 1 to 6
Use 1 or 2 puffs instead of the cigarette you would normally smoke or when you have the desire to smoke. First dispense once and, if the desire does not disappear after a few minutes, dispense a second time. If 2 puffs are required, it will be possible to use 2 consecutive puffs in the future.
For most smokers this means 1 or 2 puffs every 30 minutes or 1 hour.
Phase 2: Weeks 7 to 9
Start reducing the number of deliveries per day.
By the end of week 9, the average number of daily puffs used in phase 1 must be halved.
Phase 3: weeks 10 to 12
Continue to reduce the number of puffs per day, so that no more than 4 puffs per day are used in week 12. When the number of puffs has been reduced to 2-4 per day, stop using Nicorette Quick.
