Cycloviran is a medicine indicated for the local treatment of herpes simplex lip virus infections in adults and adolescents over 12 years.

Active ingredient

1 g of Cycloviran Labiale contains: Aciclovir 50 mg

Excipients

Propylene glycol, white petroleum jelly, cetostearyl alcohol, liquid paraffin, arlacel 165, poloxamer 407, dimethicone 20, sodium lauryl sulfate, purified water.

How to use

Apply 5 times a day at intervals of about 4 hours to the lesions or areas where they are developing as soon as possible after the onset of the infection. It is particularly important to start treating recurrent episodes during the prodrome phase or when lesions first appear.

Treatment should continue for at least 4 days. If there is no healing, treatment can continue for up to 10 days.
