Streptosil ointment, based on neomycin sulphate (an antibiotic) and sulfathiazole (an antifungal), is indicated to fight mostly superficial bacterial skin infections, such as folliculitis, furunculosis, small burns and infected wounds.
Active Ingredients
10 g of powder contain: active ingredients: sulfathiazole 9.95 g, neomycin sulphate 0.05 g. 20 g of ointment contain: active ingredients: sulfathiazole 0.4 g, neomycin sulphate 0.1 g.
Excipients
Skin dust: none. Ointment: Vaseline oil, white Vaseline, white wax.
How to use
Apply a small amount of ointment to the affected area 2-3 times a day
