C-TARD 500 mg prolonged release 60 capsules

C TARD is indicated in the prevention and treatment of vitamin C deficiencies and in states of increased need: breastfeeding, pregnancy, tendency to haemorrhages due to capillary fragility, artificial feeding of infants.

Composition

Ascorbic acid 500 mg. in prolonged-release microbeads. Excipients: sucrose, shellac, tartaric acid, talc, starch, gelatin, titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide, erythrosine, quinoline yellow.

Directions for use and dosage

Take one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the evening.

Warnings

The preparation contains sucrose, so take this into account in the case of diabetic subjects and in subjects who follow a low-calorie diet. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding only after consulting your doctor.

Contraindicated in patients with gastrointestinal disorders or hypersensitivity to the active substance or to one of its excipients.
