Carnitene is indicated in the treatment of primary and secondary deficiencies of carnitine, metabolic suffering of the myocardium in ischemic states. Carnitine plays a fundamental role in the production and transport of energy.

How to use
In primary deficiencies and deficiencies secondary to genetic diseases, the oral daily dose depends on age and weight: from 0 to 2 years 150 mg per kg of body weight are recommended, from 2 to 6 years 100 mg per kg , from 6 to 12 years 75 mg per kg, over 12 years and in adults 2 - 4 grams according to the severity of the disease and the doctor's judgment.
