The lipofer contained survives the gastric environment unscathed and is absorbed directly in the intestine, avoiding gastrointestinal discomfort frequent in iron supplementation. Contains soy derivatives.

Ingredients
Sideral r.m. - Sucrosomal iron (iron pyrophosphate, pregelatinised rice starch, saccharic esters of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin supported on glucose syrup, milk proteins, tricalcium phosphate), food gelatin, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), bulking agent : microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin, citric acid, maize maltodextrin, trisodium citrate); dye: titanium dioxide (E171).
