Lisomucil cough sedative syrup is a medicine based on dextromethorphan hydrobromide, indicated for the symptomatic treatment of dry cough. It works by calming the urge to cough and providing relief in adults and children over 2 years of age. If symptoms do not improve after a few days, contact your doctor
Active ingredient
Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 0.3 g.
Excipients
Sucrose, 70% sorbitol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, orange flavour, purified water.
Dosage
Adults: 1 teaspoon 3–4 times a day. Children over 2 years: ½ to 1 teaspoon 3–4 times a day. The product should preferably be administered after meals. Do not exceed the recommended doses.
