Maalox RefluRapid is indicated to reduce symptoms related to gastroesophageal reflux: heartburn, heartburn in pregnancy, reflux esophagitis, acid regurgitation, poor digestion, cough and laryngopharyngeal inflammation.

Calcium Carbonate and Potassium Bicarbonate raise the pH of the gastric contents and reduce the acidity level. In contact with stomach acid, sodium alginate forms a visco-elastic barrier that hinders the ascent of gastric acids towards the esophagus.

Thanks to its high viscosity, it adheres to the mucosa, creating a barrier that protects the walls of the stomach and esophagus from the aggression of acids, promoting their regeneration.

How to use

Adults and children over 12 years: 2 or 4 tablets after main meals and at bedtime. The tablets must be chewed well.
