Rinogermina is an oral spray based on native saprophytes and is indicated in the treatment and prevention of ear infections, adenoiditis, rhino-sinusitis. It can be used after systemic antibiotic therapy to facilitate the recovery of the normal nasopharyngotubal saprophytic flora and after topical nasal treatments (nasal spray, aerosol, nasal washes, etc.). It is useful to facilitate the recovery of the normal nasal and nasopharyngeal saprophytic flora (allergic rhinitis , asthma, chronic bronchitis, chronic damage due to inhalation of smoke or irritants, etc.).

Components

Sachet: freeze-dried Streptococcus salivarius 24SMBc and Streptococcus oralis 89a (min.125x 109 CFU/g), anti-caking agent.

Bottle: PEG/PPG copolymer, PEG-14 Dimethicone, isotonic solution buffered at pH 7.00, aroma.

Format

1 bottle containing 10 ml of solution, 1 sachet containing 2.3 g of freeze-dried product, 1 nasal nebulizer.

How to use

1. Cut the sachet along the hatch, open the bottle and pour the contents of the sachet into the bottle, being careful not to spill the contents of the sachet.
2. Close the bottle with the cap and shake vigorously.
3. Open the bottle, screw on the nebulizer pump after removing the floater protection, pulling it vigorously and avoiding touching the inside with your hands.
4. Shake vigorously and remove the cap from the pump.
5. Before application, activate the pump several times to activate it. Bend your head slightly forward and apply the product to your nostrils without inhaling during application.
6. Close the pump with the cap and store in the refrigerator.
7. It is suggested to keep the product at room temperature for approximately 15 minutes before nasal delivery.
8. Shake well before each reuse.

Adults and children: 2 sprays are recommended (min. 5 x 109 UFC) per nostril twice a day for 7 consecutive days, repeating the treatment for at least 3 months or according to medical advice.

Once reconstituted, the product should be stored in the refrigerator (4 °C).

Use no later than 7 days from the date of first application.
