Food supplement useful for reducing digestion and absorption of complex carbohydrates (found for example in bread and pasta), decreasing the calorie intake of meals and contributing to the reduction of body weight in overweight or obese subjects. Dosage and method of use
For weight reduction: take 2 to 3 tablets (3 tablets in the case of a meal rich in carbohydrates) before main meals. Take one tablet at a time.
To maintain body weight: take 1 - 2 tablets before main meals.
Take for a period of at least 2 months, taking care to suspend it for 3-5 days after each month of treatment.
