Dosage and method of use

For weight reduction: take 2 to 3 tablets (3 tablets in the case of a meal rich in carbohydrates) before main meals. Take one tablet at a time.

To maintain body weight: take 1 - 2 tablets before main meals.

Take for a period of at least 2 months, taking care to suspend it for 3-5 days after each month of treatment.
