Herbal tea based on Mallow, a plant with streaked pink-violet flowers. Its name derives from the Latin "mollire" which means "to soften". Mallow is an excellent anti-inflammatory, laxative, emollient, digestive, antidiarrheal, expectorant, healing and diuretic.

Directions for use

Pour boiling water into a cup (about 150 ml), put in a filter bag and let it rest for 5-8 minutes. Cover the container so as not to disperse the more volatile substances. The infusion can be sweetened to taste with sugar or honey.
