Mitera is a food supplement based on fish oil, a natural source of EPA and DHA, vitamins, minerals, lutein and folic acid (from calcium L-methylfolate) which are particularly useful in case of increased need or temporary reduced dietary intake.

Directions for use

It is recommended to take one pearl a day, preferably during the main meal, and one tablet once a day, to be swallowed with water.

Warnings

Supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Storage instructions

Store in a cool, dry place (<25°C) and away from sources of light and heat. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored in its intact packaging. Store the product in the original packaging.
