Ingredients and Composition
48.2 g α-Lipoic acid, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate, dibasic calcium phosphate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide (nano), magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; stabilizers: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; Vitamin B1 (Thiamine mononitrate); Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin); glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, shellac, acetylated mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, microcrystalline cellulose, fatty acids, polyvinylpyrrolidone; Vitamin PP (Nicotinamide), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride); Vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate); Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); dye: titanium dioxide, folic acid (pteroyl-monoglutamic acid).

How to use
Take 1 or 2 tablets a day, preferably on an empty stomach (one hour before a meal or 2-3 hours after), morning or evening. To obtain the maximum release effect over time, take the tablets one in the morning and one in the evening, with an interval of about 10 hours.
