Lithos plus contains Potassium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate and Zinc Citrate. It is particularly useful when there is an intense loss of fluids, such as in case of strong sweating, excessive diuresis or diarrhea, or in patients receiving drugs such as diuretics, laxatives and cortisones

Being based on citrate, an alkaline salt, it is also useful to supplement a diet low in alkaline values ​​(fruit and vegetables) or to compensate for a diet with a high intake of proteins or fats that would cause an excessive acid load for the body .

Dosage

Each tablet contains 1072 mg of Potassium Citrate equal to 410.6 mg of Potassium (10.5 mEq), 411.6 mg of Magnesium Citrate equal to 64 mg of Magnesium (5.2 mEq) and 2, 5 mg of Zinc Citrate equal to 0.75 mg of Zinc, for a total of 15 mEq of Citrate.

How to use

Take two tablets a day, preferably on a full stomach, with some water.
