Role of the main components of NATALBEN Supra:

• Omega 3: Natalben Supra contains in the same capsule a dose of Omega 3 equal to 240 mg, divided into 200 mg of DHA and 40 mg EPA which contribute to normal visual and brain function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA.
• Folate: Quatrefolic 5-MTHF (5-methyltetrahydrofolate) is involved in the process of cell division.
