Food supplement based on Melatonin, Magnesium, Tryptophan and Vitamins B3, B5, B6 and B12 in a buccal formulation easy to take by both children and adults. Indicated to reduce the time required to fall asleep. Magnesium and Vitamin BI2 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Tryptophan, on the other hand, is an essential amino acid precursor of melatonin.

How to use
One sachet in the evening (at least 30 minutes before going to bed) dissolving it directly in the mouth or, if you prefer, in water or other liquid.
