Coryfin C mandarin 24 sweets

Coryfin is a symptomatic drug indicated for the treatment of cough and hoarseness. It contains Vitamin C, menthol and mandarin essence. It helps relieve local irritation and reduces phlegm, even in smokers.

Dosage and Posology

Take 1 tablet every 2-3 hours, up to a maximum of 6 tablets per day. Do not exceed the indicated doses.

Overdose

There are no known effects of overdose. In case of accidental oral intake or incorrect administration in infants and children, the risk of neurological disorders may occur. If necessary, administer appropriate symptomatic treatment in specialized care centers.

Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to the active substance, to a heparinoid or to any of the excipients
• Children up to 30 months of age.
• Children with a history of epilepsy or febrile convulsions.

Side effects

In rare cases of sensitizing or irritating effects, discontinue use and institute appropriate therapy. Due to the presence of menthol and in case of non-compliance with the recommended doses, there may be a risk of convulsions in children and infants.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

The product is not recommended during pregnancy and in women of childbearing age who do not use contraceptive measures.

Special warnings

This product contains terpene derivatives which, in excessive doses, can cause neurological disorders such as convulsions in infants and children. Treatment should not be prolonged for more than 3 days due to the risks associated with the accumulation of terpene derivatives, such as camphor, cineole, niaouli, wild thyme, terpineol, terpin, citral, menthol and essential oils of pine needles, eucalyptus and turpentine (due to their lipophilic properties, the rate of metabolism and disposal is unknown) in the tissues and brain, in particular neuropsychological disorders.
