Ibuprofen-based syrup indicated for the symptomatic treatment of fever and mild or moderate pain.

Dosage

The daily dose of 20-30 mg/kg of body weight, divided 3 times a day at intervals of 6-8 hours, can be administered based on the following scheme. Weight: 5.6 -7kg; age: 3 - 6 months; single dose in ml: 2.5 ml; maximum number of administrations/day: 3 in 24 hours. Weight: 7 -10kg; age: 6 - 12 months; single dose in ml:2.5 ml; maximum number of administrations/day: 3 in 24 hours. Weight: 10 - 15kg; age: 1 - 3 years; single dose in ml: 5 ml; maximum number of administrations/day: 3 in 24 hours. Weight: 15 - 20 kg; age: 4 - 6 years; single dose in ml: 7.5 ml (5 ml + 2.5 ml); maximum number of administrations/day: 3 in 24 hours. Weight: 20 - 28 kg; age: 7-9 years; single dose in ml: 10 ml; maximum number of administrations/day: 3 in 24 hours. Weight: 28 - 43 kg; age: 10 - 12 years; single dose in ml: 15 ml; maximum number of administrations/day: 3 in 24 hours. In the case of post-vaccination fever, refer to the dosage indicated above, administering a single dose followed, if necessary, by another dose after 6 hours. Do not administer more than two doses in 24 hours.
