Tachipirina Orosolubile is an antipyretic indicated for the symptomatic treatment of febrile diseases such as flu, exanthematous diseases, acute respiratory tract diseases, and an analgesic for the treatment of headaches, neuralgia, myalgia and other painful manifestations of average entity.

Active ingredient

1 sachet contains 500 mg of paracetamol.

Excipients

Sorbitol, Talc, Butyl methacrylate basic copolymer, Light magnesium oxide, Hypromellose, Carmellose sodium, Stearic acid, Sodium lauryl sulfate, Magnesium stearate (Ph.Eur.), Titanium dioxide (E171), Sucralose, Simethicone, N, 2, 3-trimethyl-2- (propan-2-yl) butanamide, Strawberry flavor (contains Maltodextrin, Gum arabic (E414), Natural flavoring substances and / or identical to natural ones, Propylene glycol (E1520), Triacetin (E1518), Maltol (E636)), Vanilla flavor (contains Maltodextrin, Natural flavoring substances and / or identical to natural ones, Propylene glycol (E1520), Sucrose).

How to use

The dose depends on your body weight and age. The usual dose is 10 - 15 mg of paracetamol per kg of body weight as a single dose, up to a total daily dose of 60 - 75 mg / kg of body weight.

A time interval between administrations of at least 6 hours must be maintained, i.e. you can have a maximum of 4 administrations per day.

If symptoms persist for more than 3 days, a doctor should be consulted.

Dosage:

26-40 kg (8 to 12 years). Single dose: 500 mg of paracetamol (1 sachet). Maximum daily dose: 1500 mg paracetamol (3 sachets).

& gt; 40 kg (children over 12 years and adults). Single dose: 500 - 1000 mg paracetamol (1-2 sachets). Maximum daily dose: 3000 mg paracetamol (6 sachets of 500 mg).

The granules must be taken by placing it directly on the tongue and must be swallowed without water. The medicine should not be taken on a full stomach.
