Vicks vaporub inhalation ointment 100 g

Vicks VapoRub is an ointment indicated to combat the symptoms of colds in adults and children over 30 months of age for topical use and from 6 years of age for inhalation of vapours. Menthol and eucalyptus essential oils help offer relief from stuffy nose, cough and sore throat. It works in about 1 minute, releasing its medicinal vapors for a maximum of 8 hours.

Ingredients

100 g of ointment contain: ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Camphor 5.00 g, Turpentine essential oil 5.00 g, Menthol 2.75 g, Eucalyptus essential oil 1.50 g. EXCIPIENTS: Thymol, cedar wood essential oil, white Vaseline

How to use

1. Application: Gently massage onto the chest and back. It can be rubbed gently on the neck of children over 6 years of age before they go to sleep. During use, wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing so that the vapors can be easily inhaled.

2. Inhalation: The ointment can also be used for inhalation by adults and children over 6 years of age. Pour hot (not boiling) water into a suitable bowl, dissolve two teaspoons of VapoRub in the water and inhale the steam.
