Rectal ointment indicated for the treatment of hemorrhoids (external and internal), proctitis and anal fissures.
The combined action of two active ingredients such as fluocortolone (as pivalate and as caproate) and cincocaine hydrochloride exerts an anti-inflammatory, antipruritic and local anesthetic effect which relieves pain.
Thanks to the anti-inflammatory and local anesthetic effect, it can help you find relief from the annoying symptoms of hemorrhoids, proctitis and anal fissures (pain, itching and burning).
Active ingredients
1 g of rectal ointment contains: 0.918 mg of fluocortolone pivalate, 0.945 mg of fluocortolone caproate, 5 mg of cincocaine hydrochloride.
Excipients
Polyethylene glycol-400-monoricinoleate, Hydrogenated castor oil, 2-octyldodecanol, Castor oil, Citrus Rose perfume oil.
How to use
Apply a thin layer of rectal ointment twice daily. In the first day, 3-4 applications of the preparation are also recommended to obtain a more rapid disappearance of the symptoms; subsequently, 2 applications per day will be sufficient.
To avoid recurrences, the treatment should be continued with an application daily for a few more days after the complete disappearance of the disturbances.
