Paxabel is indicated for the temporary treatment of constipation in adults and children over 8 years of age.
It can be used in association with an appropriate lifestyle and dietary regimen with a maximum course of 3 months in children.
Active ingredient
1 sachet of Paxabel 10 g contains: 10 g of macrogol 4000.
Excipients
Saccharin sodium (E954), artificial flavor (orange-grapefruit). Composition of the orange-grapefruit artificial flavor: orange and grapefruit oils, orange juice concentrate, citral, acetaldehyde, linalool, ethyl butyrate, alphaterpineol, octanal, beta-gammahexenol, maltodextrin, gum arabic, sorbitol.
How to use
From 6 months to 1 year: 1 sachet per day.
From 1 to 4 years: 1 - 2 sachets per day.
From 4 to 8 years: 2 - 4 sachets per day.
The contents of each sachet should be dissolved in approximately 50 ml of water just before use. The effect of the medicine is manifested in the 24-48 hours following its administration.
