Diarstop is indicated in the symptomatic treatment of acute diarrhea, it acts quickly giving relief and tranquility.
Active ingredients
Loperamide hydrochloride: 1.5 mg
Excipients
Lactose monohydrate, corn starch, talc, magnesium stearate, gelatin, glycerin, erythrosine (e 127), indigo carmine (e 132), yellow iron oxide (e 172), black iron oxide (e 172), titanium dioxide.
How to use
Adults: the recommended starting dose is 2 capsules to be taken at the same time, one after the other. Following the initial dose, take 1 capsule after each soft (unformed) stool. The maximum daily dose is 8 capsules.
The capsules should not be chewed, but swallowed with a little water or other drink.
Decrease the dose as stool normalizes and discontinue treatment in case of constipation.
Pediatric population: the use of the medicinal product is contraindicated in children under 12 years.
