Geffer is a drug indicated for the treatment of symptoms caused by gastric hyperacidity such as pain and heartburn, also accompanied by slowing of gastric transit (slow digestion), nausea, aerophagia and meteorism (situations that manifest themselves with an anomalous accumulation of gas in the stomach or intestines which causes belching, tension and abdominal swelling).
Active ingredients
One sachet of effervescent granules contains metoclopramide hydrochloride 5 mg, dimethicone 50 mg, potassium citrate 94.45 mg, citric acid 670 mg, tartaric acid 152 mg, sodium bicarbonate 1050 mg.
Excipients
Orange flavour, sucrose.
How to use
The use of the product is limited to adult patients.
The recommended dose is: 1 sachet dissolved in half a glass of water, 2-3 times a day.
Geffer should be taken before meals or at the onset of symptoms.
