Proctosoll rectal cream is indicated to reduce the painful symptoms of uncomplicated external hemorrhoids. Its anti-inflammatory, local anesthetic and anticoagulant action counteracts irritation and pain, preventing the risk of clots.
Not greasy and does not stain
Active ingredients
Benzocaine (5 g) with local anesthetic action for the reduction of pain and itching;
Hydrocortisone acetate (0.5 g) with anti-inflammatory action to reduce inflammation (pain, swelling, itching);
Sodium heparin (I.U. 5,000) with anticoagulant action to reduce edema and the risk of clots.
Dosage and method of administration
In acute forms, use the cream 2-3 times a day. Distribute a small amount of rectal cream on the inflamed anorectal area using the appropriate applicator contained in the package: screw the dispensing cannula onto the tube, introduce it into the rectum and gently press the tube until the right amount of product comes out. After each application, it is recommended to unscrew the dispenser and clean it carefully both inside and outside.
