Gel for the treatment of psoriasis associated with skin plaques and marked xerosis. The high concentration urea (40%) acts as a skin exfoliant and has a moisturizing and emollient effect. Repeated application promotes the removal of hyperkeratotic plaques, reduces itching and inflammation, restoring the physiological keratinization process.

Composition

Urea 40%, gluconolactone, lactic acid, ceramide, gelling agents, stabilizers, demineralized water q.s. to 100.

Instructions for use and warnings

Apply the gel on the affected areas once or twice a day, massaging lightly until absorbed. Do not use other topical products concomitantly except on medical advice. The product can also be used on the scalp and, in this case, does not require subsequent washing.

Do not apply on damaged skin. Do not touch the eyes immediately after application; in case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly. Do not use in case of known allergies to the components. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature. In the event of accidental exposure to higher temperatures, ammonia may develop inside the tube which does not compromise the efficacy and safety of the product. For this purpose, a tube with a larger capacity than the content is used. If kept at a temperature below 10 ° C, the product could crystallize. The phenomenon becomes reversible if the product is brought back to room temperature.

Undesirable effects

In rare cases, skin rashes, itching, irritation and allergic contact dermatitis may occur. In case of adverse reactions such as persistent burning, blisters, redness, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
