Credit cards
Payment for the products purchased can be made by credit card directly through the website. PharmaSerena.it accepts credit cards from the circuits: PayPal, Visa, American Express, Sofort, MyBank, iDEAL, Bancontact, Przelewy24, eps, giropay, Bank Transfer, Payment on delivery.
The amount paid by the customer to Pharmaserena.it will be charged at the time the order is sent.
Pharmaserena.it uses the secure payment service which involves the use of the SSL security protocol. Confidential credit card data (card number, expiration date, security code) are encrypted and thus transmitted to the payment manager. Pharmaserena.it therefore never has access to and does not store the data of the credit card used by the user to pay for the products.
PayPal, a company of the eBay group, is a fast and secure payment system. Once you have selected this payment method and then clicked on "Confirm Order" you will be redirected to the Paypal.com website where you can choose between:
- Make the payment with your personal Paypal account - (The amount of the order will be debited from your PayPal account upon completion of the transaction);
or
- Pay with any credit/prepaid card (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, PayPal card, American Express, Aura, Discover).
The system communicates directly with PayPal in total security so Pharmaserena.it never gets to know the data relating to your payment method. The amount will be charged directly to the credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, Mastercard etc.) or prepaid card (PostePay etc.) of which you entered the data. For each transaction you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account (immediate refund) or to your credit/prepaid card (refund 4-5 working days).
Paying with PayPal or Credit Card speeds up order shipping times, because the transaction is instantly verified and your order is immediately processed.
Payment on Delivery
With the cash on delivery method, you can pay the exact amount of the order in cash directly to the courier upon delivery.
To facilitate product delivery procedures, make sure you have the exact amount available by checking it in the order summary email, as couriers are not obliged to have the necessary cash to provide change.</p >
Even in the case of cash on delivery, the order is immediately processed, ensuring rapid shipment.
Payment by Bank Transfer
If you choose bank/postal transfer as payment method, you must make the transfer when ordering. The bank details (holder, IBAN) to make the payment are visible in the order summary (at the end of the procedure). Soon after you will also receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received the email, check your spam box or contact customer service to check if the email address entered is correct.
The products will be shipped only after credit has been received.
Pharmaserena.it does not accept CROs and payment slips as guarantee for the bank transfer. Your order will remain in "Pending" status until there is a bank transfer.
Payment by bank or postal transfer does not ensure the same speed as other payment methods.
When Pharmaserena.it does not receive the credit after 5 working days from the order placed, the same will be cancelled.
When making the transfer, it is necessary to enter the name, surname and order number in the reason for the transfer. For example: Mario Bianchi order n° 25634.
