SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES TO ITALY AND EUROPE (EU)
Shipping to Italy
The delivery of products in Italy takes place via the GLS courier. Shipments will be made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery is expected within 24/72 hours from the moment of receiving payment for the order.
It is specified that, for products with high and fragile weight/volume (baby food, liquid milk, powdered milk, water, pastries, perfumes), a supplement is applied to the shipping costs calculated at the order stage; Furthermore, preparation and shipping times may be slightly longer.
Shipping throughout Italy (excluding smaller islands and Sardinia) is €4.00; for orders over €49.00 the shipping is free. The shipping cost for smaller islands and Sardinia is €8.00.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, only after crediting our current account will the package be taken over by the courier and shipped.

The Customer, as soon as he receives the product, must check the integrity of the package. In the event that the packaging is not intact we ask Customers NOT to collect it and to immediately report it to the courier and otherwise the product will be considered duly delivered, and Pharmaserena will not be held responsible for any damage and/or missing products.
In case of absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will send an email with a notification link to the Customer to arrange a new delivery.
In the event of further impossibility of delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the ordered products will be returned to the sender (Pharmaserena).
In case of change of address or incorrect delivery address after shipment, the surcharge applied by the express courier will be paid by the recipient.
Shipping to Europe (European Union)
The delivery of products purchased on European territory (EU) will be carried out via the courier GLS and UPS (depends on the area). Estimated delivery times for all countries that are part of the European Union are 3-7 working days*.
*This refers to the transit days of the shipment (for orders received before 11:00), the day of preparation of the package is not calculated.
