ArmoLIPID PLUS is a food supplement based on Berberis aristata e.s., Red rice (Monascus purpureus), Policosanols, Folic acid, Coenzyme Q10 and Oleoresin, indicated to help control cholesterol and plasma triglycerides as part of a controlled diet. Folic acid contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.
Cholesterol is produced by the liver and is present in all cells of the body. Triglycerides are introduced mainly with food and partly derive from the metabolism of carbohydrates in the liver. When present in excess, cholesterol and triglycerides can be harmful to the health of the cardiovascular system and it is important to adopt a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.
Ingredients
Berberis aristata d.e. cortex ex ramis titrated at 85% in berberine hydrochloride, red fermented rice (Monascus purpureus) titrated at 1.75% in monacolin; anti-caking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; oleoresin rich in astaxanthin derived from the algae Haematococcus pluvialis, policosanols; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, shellac, polyvinylpyrrolidone; coenzyme Q10, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).
