How to use

Starting from the ankle:

1. wrap the bandage in an upward spiral, overlapping the gauze on the edges by 2-3 cm;
2. continue around the buttocks and hips going up to the waist;
3. go down again towards the other leg;
4. secure the tail end of the gauze in a fold to prevent it from unrolling;
5. wear the cartene shorts, fastening them with 1 or 2 knots on the waist;
6. leave on for 30 to 60 minutes;
7. remove and rinse everything with the shower jet by making movements from the bottom up to further stimulate the microcirculation.
