Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep* and to alleviate the effect of jet-lag**.

The e.s. of Griffonia simplicifolia, titrated in 5-hydroxy-L-Tryptophan, promotes mental well-being and normal mood, the d.e. of Escholzia relaxation (sleep) in case of stress. The e.s. of green tea, titrated in L-Theanine, is useful as a tonic in case of physical and mental fatigue as well as having antioxidant properties.

The double-layer tablets, gluten-free and naturally lactose-free, are characterized by a "fast/slow" modulated release system that allows for a rapid and prolonged release of the components.

*The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed.

**To counteract the effects of jet-lag, the product should be taken on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Kuntze, leaves] d.e. tit. 40% in theanine; GABARELAX® – Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA); 5- hydroxy-L-tryptophan (L-5-HTP) from Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seeds] d.e.; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; dye: iron oxides and iron hydroxides; stabilizer: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; Melatonin.

Gluten-free, naturally lactose-free.

How to use

Take 1 tablet a day to swallow with a glass of water in the evening, half an hour before bed.
