ZzzQuil is a food supplement with vitamin B6, melatonin, and extracts of chamomile, valerian and lavender. Helps to fall asleep quickly, no sleepiness upon waking, non-addictive.

Instructions for use

Take a gummy pill 30 minutes before bedtime. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin.

To be taken in anticipation of a sleep period of at least 6 hours.

For one gummy pstiglia per day: Melatonin 1.0 mg; Vitamin B6 1.4 mg (Recommended Daily Allowance RDA100%); Valerian extract 30 mg,

Chamomile extract 10 mg, Lvanda extract 10 mg.
