Ingredients

Lactose; bulking agents: mannitol, calcium phosphate; stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agents: polyvinylpyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, isomalt, shellac, medium chain triglycerides; colorant: calcium carbonate; melatonin.

Lactose is a potentially allergenic substance or cause of intolerance.

Directions for use

It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening, just before bedtime.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

The product contains polyols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light, moisture and heat sources.
