Armonia oro is a food supplement based on melatonin, indicated to reduce the time required to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag.

Gluten-free.

Ingredients

Sweetener: mannitol; beta-cyclodextrin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, vegetable magnesium stearate; melatonin.

No substances that are potentially allergenic or cause intolerances.

How to use

1 tablet in the evening, just before bedtime. In case of jet lag, we recommend taking a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel, just before bedtime, and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Melt the tablet under the tongue.
