The beneficial activities of griffonia are due to the presence in ripe seeds of 5-HTP, an amino acid that acts as a precursor of serotonin in the body.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin, maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide). Capsule of vegetable origin in hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
How to use
