Food supplement with pure melatonin, indicated to promote falling asleep and rest at night by helping to restore the sleep-wake rhythm.

Melatonin is a molecule secreted by the epiphysis and its function is to regulate the sleep and wake cycle (circadian rhythm) thanks to the alternation between day and night.

Ingredients

Melatonin (certified degree of purity not less than 99%, determined by HPLC method), Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid and Glycerol.

Buona Circadiem does not contain gluten and lactose.

How to use

1 mg of melatonin (4 drops) in the evening before bedtime, as they are or diluted in a little water.
