How to use

Insert the heel into the shoe with the central concave part facing downwards. Remove the product for at least 4 hours a day. The product is reusable and, once used, returns to its original form. Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Rinse and leave to air dry. When the product is dry, sprinkle it with talcum powder.
